Beechtree prefers to invest in or advise high-growth companies in emerging industries with business models that lead to near-term, positive operating income and a clear attainable exit strategy. Beechtree typically participates in second to fourth round financings in the range of $1 - $10 million. Our track record of positive results is primarily due to our close continuing relationship with senior management of portfolio companies and due to Beechtree’s ability to provide financial and relationship capital along with sales, marketing and advisory services.

Advisory Criteria:

As an advisory group Beechtree Capital will work with management to provide a comprehensive strategy for success that is modeled on our team’s experience and success. While no two situations are the same Beechtree Capital has successfully worked with entrepreneurs to:

• Assist the company in establishing and putting into practice corporate governance policies and structure.
• Assist in preparing business plans and other materials necessary for financing.
• Provide ongoing advisory services to the company and CEO as requested.
• Prepare the company for introduction and funding.
