David has served as CTO, Senior Technical Director, Program Manager and many other capacities in the field of Software development and design for over 25 years.  Prior to joining Beechtree and co-founding VeriIFDES Technology Corp. www.verifides.com David was a Senior Technical Manager and Business Area Manager at General Dynamics with responsibility for the System Research and Development work.  He supervised over 50 scientists, researchers, and engineers involved in a wide variety of leading edge work in the areas of information security, intelligence analysis systems, collaboration, information extraction and intelligent agent technologies, among others. 

David has experience in building and developing technical teams to create successful systems for natural language processing, GIS, EIS, MIS, command and control systems, message handling, multi-level security, billing, information brokerage, accounting, budget tracking, and simulation modeling.   David also has experience in intelligence analysis, information system security accreditation, continuity of operations planning, military operations planning and training.

David brings a wealth of experience in software design and implementation to the Beechtree team, allowing the partnership to evaluate opportunities with a higher level of confidence and insight.
